1st & 10 CLUB KICKS OFF AUGUST 17th WITH SOUTH ALABAMA’S MAJOR APPLEWHITE
Mobile, Ala. – (July 7, 2026) The 1st & 10 Club, which is entering its 27th season, will kick-off the college football season and the club’s series of meetings with the University of South Alabama Head Football Coach Major Applewhite at 5:30pm on Monday, August 17th at the club’s new location, 350 Dauphin, located in downtown Mobile.
This season’s full speaker schedule is as follows:

This year the club meetings have a new home with meetings now being held at the venue 350 Dauphin, located at 350 Dauphin Street. With nearly all downtown parking now paid, the club will include a parking pass with this year’s membership. With the addition of complimentary parking, our new meeting venue, dinner at every meeting and another exceptional line up of speakers, the supporter dues for 2026 is $115. Proceeds from the club help fund the organization’s scholarship program.
In addition to an exciting speaker list, the 1st & 10 Club will honor high school student-athletes and scholars for their performances on the field and in the classroom. In collaboration with Anchor Logistics Solution the club will present Offensive, Defensive, Lineman, and Special Teams player of the month to deserving football players from Mobile and Baldwin County.
