17th Annual GoDaddy Bowl Date Set for December 23

GoDaddy Bowl officials announced today that the 17th annual GoDaddy Bowl will be held at Ladd Peebles Stadium on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at 7 p.m. (CT) and will be televised nationally on ESPN.

The game pits top-selected teams from the Sun Belt Conference and the Mid-American Conference and will be the second part of an ESPN televised college football bowl double header.

GoDaddy, the world’s largest technology provider dedicated to small business, is sponsoring the college football game for a sixth consecutive year.

In January, the University of Toledo Rockets defeated Arkansas State University 63-44 in the 16th annual GoDaddy Bowl. The game’s MVP, Kareem Hunt (Toledo) broke several bowl records, including most yards gained rushing (275 yards) and most rushing touchdowns (5 touchdowns.)
