C SPIRE 1ST & 10 CLUB KICKS OFF AUGUST 19TH
Mobile, Ala. – (August 8, 2019) College football is just around the corner and that means the 1st & 10 Club is getting ready to kick off its 21st season with C Spire as the title sponsor.
The C Spire 1st & 10 Club has an exciting line up of speakers scheduled for the 2019 college football season. ESPN’s SportsCenter Anchor Matt Barrie will kick off the series of meetings at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19 at the Mobile Marriott. This season’s full speaker schedule:

- Monday, Oct. 28, 2019 University of Alabama Coordinator (TBD)
- Monday, Nov. 4, 2019 Chris “The Bear” Fallica, ESPN’s College Gameday
- Thursday, Dec. 12, 2018 Mobile Alabama Bowl Coaches, Athletic Directors and key players

In addition to an exciting speaker list, the C Spire 1st & 10 Club will honor high school scholar students and student-athletes each meeting. Students are selected from high schools in Mobile and Baldwin counties for their outstanding performance on the field, in the classroom and in the community.
Scholar award winners are eligible for one of several scholarships offered by the Mobile Alabama Bowl.
